　　妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指和食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。

　　我照着妈妈教的.方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接着就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。

　　饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。

　　不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。

　　饺子煮好了，要开始捞了，只见妈妈用漏勺把饺子盛出来，结果我包的煮烂了两三个，不过，吃着自己的劳动成果，心里还是美滋滋的。

　　这个寒假我们全家去了滕头旅游可高兴了！首先我们来到了滕头里的一片湖，湖里有许多鱼，有红的；有紫的；还有黄的……好看极了。它们有的似乎在玩捉迷藏；有的好像在追逐打闹；还有的也许在睡觉。妈妈买来了两袋鱼食让我和姐姐一起喂鱼，我拿出一颗鱼食抛向天空，那颗鱼食在空中画出了一条美丽的`弧线，随接着便掉入水中，一条鱼灵敏地游过来把它吃掉了，于是我接二连三地向湖中抛去鱼食，结果也被鱼儿吃掉了。过了一会儿，我们又来到滕头游乐园，玩了海盗船，我和姐姐上了海盗船，海盗船慢慢摇晃起来，一会儿后摇得越来越猛烈，上去时我的心刚平静一会儿，下去时就像跌入了万丈深渊似的，虽然海盗船摇得我魂飞魄散，但我始终没有叫出声……我们还去了滕头其它地方玩了一会儿。

　　“窗外日光弹指过，席间花影坐前移。”这个寒假与往年的寒假不太一样，仿佛过得格外的快，但这个寒假我却过得充实极了。

　　往年的寒假我总是每天睡到日上三竿，起了床就吃饭，吃完继续睡，睡醒了就玩手机。一天只吃两顿饭，作息饮食非常不规律，作业也是拖到寒假快结束再疯狂写，整个假期过得毫无意义，开学后也很难再调整懒散的状态。

　　但是今年的寒假，我却过得很充实很有意义，而这些变化就是因为郭老师每天带领着我们上网课。刚放寒假时，我一心想着班主任的叮咛：“放假是拉开差距的好时机，假期抓紧预习，等到开学差距自然明显。”但是只坚持了两三天就坚持不下去了，幸好有郭老师的公益课，让我不至于假期一点都没学习，还保持了良好的作息习惯。

　　除此之外，郭老师还让我们制作二十四节气系列的手抄报。并且让我们在立春、雨水当天把立春、雨水的手抄报交给了老师，并拍摄了照片留念，这也让我的假期除了学习以外多添了几分色彩。

　　但是却有一个小小的遗憾，就是因为有事提前离开，没有吃到和大家一起包的水饺。我能够为残疾人家庭献出爱心，真切感受到：“赠人玫瑰，手留余香。”帮助别人，快乐自己。虽然感到有点累，但更多的却是喜悦，是满满的成就感。这个家庭条件真的不太好，上有老下有小，却没有可以为家庭带来稳定收入的'中间力量。可是这家的孩子却那么的懂事，虽然只大了我们两三岁，却感觉比我们成熟的多。面对生活中的磨难，她像一朵铿锵玫瑰，不自卑不自弃，勇敢向阳生长，这是我所敬佩的。

　　下午，我们一家来到洛带古镇游玩。

　　刚来到古镇，映入眼帘的便是古香古色的房屋。灰色的房身，红色的房瓦。清澈的流水把道路分成了两半，左边宽右边窄。虽然不是周末，但街道上很热闹，就像过年一样。
